The Protect Your Land presentation will detail the 30×30 program, a plan advanced by radical environmental activists to permanently protect 30 percent of America’s land and oceans by 2030. The program is being advanced by the Biden Administration through Executive Order 14008, signed January 27, 2021. This program appears to move us from a nation founded on private property principles to one controlled by the administrative state. Property and landowners warn it will be the largest unauthorized federal land grab our nation has ever faced. There is no constitutional or statutory authority for the President, the Department of Interior, or the Department of Agriculture, to set aside and permanently preserve 30 percent of all land and oceans in the U.S., and no such authority is referenced in the Executive Order. Angel Cushing has discovered and learned much about all of this, including that every federal department is now tasked with implementation of the 30×30. However, none of these departments are consulting with property owners or citizens, and in fact appear to be trying to accomplish their goals in secret, as evidenced by the recent NIETC, which was already in stage 2 (of 4) before we heard about it running through Brown County.
